Mr. Nicer SD. Landas, brings over twenty-five years of extensive experience in golf construction and maintenance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. Mr. Landas oversees all operational aspects of the company, including project management, resource allocation, strategic planning, and ensuring the efficient execution of construction projects.
He is the first Filipino to be Certified as a Golf Course Superintendent by the GCSAA and has been an active member of the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America (GCSAA) since 2002.

Ms. Armela L. Palmiano has dedicated twenty years to Netforce International Inc. She embarked on her career with the company in 2004 as a Technical Assistant. Her unwavering dedication and commitment to her duties and the organization have propelled her to the role of Vice President for Administration and Finance.
In this capacity, she oversees the company's administrative functions and financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and enhances financial performance to align with strategic objectives. Ms. Palmiano holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila.
