Lead and supervise landscape projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budget.
Manage and motivate landscaping crews, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
Coordinate the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower required for landscaping projects.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns or modifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in landscape design software, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of horticultural practices, and familiarity with local regulations and environmental guidelines.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual tasks as needed.
Certification: Optional, but certification from relevant professional associations or training programs is an advantage.
