Maintains accurate and up-to-date Human Resource files, records, and documentation.
Responsible for online application process, including verifying completeness of files, sending acknowledgement cards, and notifying those not selected for employment.
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
Contact appropriate staff members and/or outside contacts to schedule investigation conferences, union and grievance meetings, etc., as requested.
Creates and maintains a variety of reports, documents and materials using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and other formats appropriate for reporting needs.
Qualifications:
With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Business Management Major in HRDM
With at least two (2) years of working experience as an HR Personnel
Preferably with experience working in the construction company
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience in Employee Relations and Philippine law
