HR/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date Human Resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Responsible for online application process, including verifying completeness of files, sending acknowledgement cards, and notifying those not selected for employment.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
  • Contact appropriate staff members and/or outside contacts to schedule investigation conferences, union and grievance meetings, etc., as requested.
  • Creates and maintains a variety of reports, documents and materials using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and other formats appropriate for reporting needs.
Qualifications:
  • With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Business Management Major in HRDM
  • With at least two (2) years of working experience as an HR Personnel
  • Preferably with experience working in the construction company
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Philippine law
